Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–10 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (562) 596-5771. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, marrispizzalongbeach.com.

I've been coming here for over 20 years, and it's always been one of my favorite places. The food has consistently been excellent, the wine selection is great, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Over the years, I've probably ordered the meatball sandwich more than anything else because it was simply the best. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. The large meatball sandwich used to come with six big, hearty meatballs. This time, it had what appeared to be only two meatballs cut into six slices. It felt more like a meatloaf sandwich than the classic meatball sandwich I've loved for years. I also noticed the bread seemed different. It was much softer than I remember and started falling apart almost immediately, making the sandwich messy and difficult to eat. In the past, the bread always held everything together and complemented the sandwich perfectly. At nearly $20 for a large sandwich, I expected the same quality and portion that kept me coming back for two decades. The flavor was still good, but the value just wasn't there anymore. I'm hoping this was just a one-time change because I'd love to continue recommending this place. It's been a fa

I had the spaghetti with meat sauce and with 1 meatball and 1 sausage. The meat sauce had little flavor, the meatball was unseasoned and the sausage was tasteless. My wife also tried it and she agreed that it was not the best. She ordered the cannelloni which was flavorful, but too rich for her to finish. Perhaps it was just an off night, but most likely, we will not come back. Our server was good and was attentive.

Stopped by Marri’s Pizza & Pasta Restaurant and had a really good experience. The pizza and pasta were fresh, flavorful, and came out in generous portions. The place has a cozy family-style vibe and the staff were friendly and attentive. Great spot for a casual Italian meal

Im not a huge pizza fan, my family have been going to marris for maybe 47 years my grandma has been doing and brought us in the loop, when she was 13ish, and this one place for maybe 30 years. To sit down its always really quick and they immediately can get you started with a drink. They bring out the food steaming hot and its always delicious. They have way more then pizza, They have Calzones, pasta/ lasanga, cheese/garlic breads, soups, salads , and much more I just cant think right now im so full! The staff are also.so kind I love the

This is one of my favorite Pizza restaurants I've ever been too. Its is a great pizza, the sauce has a great taste. We get the Matterhorn Deluxe and it loaded, the cheese on top and the toppings come oozing off the sides of the slice, so when your done with the slice you'll need a folk to eat the sausage that escaped! They have all the traditional Italian food but all I have ever had was the pizza. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!

Best pizza in the western United States. Been coming here since 1982. Now I live out of state and order from the plane when I come out, picking it up on my way to my my destination.

Mari’s has never disappointed us before, but they blew it tonight. We ordered a family special and they completed torched our pizza. I then called to talk to them about at least refunding the pizza since we live 25 minutes away and did not want to drive almost an hour to get our dinner again. They could not even just refund the pizza and only offered a credit which is disappointing since I spent $60 for a completely burnt pizza. I wish I had not left the tip since the workers could not even do their job to begin with, but of course that and my money are gone and wasted. Really disappointed, it’s probably worth trying a different spot than having to deal with the clear lack of care here.

The food was amazing, and the service was incredible. It all started with a yummy bruschetta!! Then i fell in love with the pasta; it was so rich and delicious. We also tried the pepperoni, Hawaiian, and Marris special pizzas, and they were the most delicious pizzas I've ever had. The chicken wings were unmatched, oven-cooked, and the ranch sauce was so yummy and homemade! I can't wait to come back here again.
